ERLANGER, KY (FOX19) - Dan T. Cathy, President and COO of Chick-fil-A, will deliver his nationally known seminar on customer service, “The Five-Step Recipe for Success” on Wednesday, April 25 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Receptions Banquet Center on 1379 Donaldson Road in Erlanger.
