Major tenant signed for new Erlanger building | Health

ERLANGER (FOX19) - A major tenant has agreed to locate a new office in a building that is well under contruction on a site at the northwest corner of Houston and Donialdson Roads in Erlanger.

The Center for Advanced Spine Technologies (CAST), which currently has a single office in Blue Ash, will be the first tenant at the complex known as Center of Erlanger.

Real estate services company Cassidy Turley, whose Nick Barela and Joe Janszen put the deal together, says the location offers great access to I-71, 75, and 275.  This office will occupy 12 thousand square feet, about a third of the complex.

CAST founder Dr. Attiq Durrani also cites the location as an advantage. 

The Erlanger location is across the metro area from the first office in Blue Ash, making it much easier to reach for many people.  Barela says it is also convenient to restaurants and stores.

The new office is expected to be open early next year.
