INDEPENDENCE, KY (FOX19) - The Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky (HBA) have announced the location of their single site home show known as HomeFest Manor Hill, presented by Adam Miller Homes, LLC. The official sponsor is Kentucky Federal Savings and Loan.
The site is Manor Hill in Independence, Kentucky. “The economy has caused HomeFest to be put on hold for a number of years. Renewed interest in new homes and new communities, a strengthening in the housing market and the resiliency of our local building community have made it possible to showcase HomeFest once again as Northern Kentucky’s premier new home event,” said Brian Miller, executive vice president of the HBA. “It is outstanding to have HomeFest back.
The event serves as an excellent reminder of the benefits of new homes and new communities built by Registered Builders of the HBA. These homes and the community of Manor Hill create jobs, help to sustain the American Dream and for the lucky owners of these homes provide the newest in energy efficiency and modern safety and conveniences at an excellent investment value.
Oftentimes, vendors and subcontractors wish to showcase their latest product and those products are priced to show, a value you can’t get with any other home outside of HomeFest,” he concluded.
Five beautiful professionally-built and fully furnished homes will be on display:
July 28th 10:00am - 9:30pm
July 29th 1:00pm – 6:00pm
