Second person charged in daycare duct tape incident
LUDLOW, KY (FOX19)- A second woman has been charged in a duct tape incident at a now-closed Ludlow daycare.
Back in January, Alicia Lyons, 20, was accused of securing a child to a mat at nap time with duct tape at Mustard Seeds childcare in Ludlow.
Shortly after the incident, the Ludlow branch of the daycare closed its doors.
The Kenton County Prosecutor tells FOX19 that a second person has been charged in the case.
Justina Rogers, 19, appeared in court on Wednesday to answer for criminal abuse charges stemming from the incident.
Rogers was jailed on the 16th but she's out on a $2,500 bond.
