Meet the new principal at Summit View Middle School | Schools

INDEPENDENCE, KY (FOX19) - Students and parents are invited to meet newly appointed principal Patrick Currin at Summit View Middle School. Currin spent the last five years as principal of the Boone County Area Technology Center. He is replacing Dave Johnstone, who retired last October.

An open house is being held to meet Currin on Wednesday, August 4 from 2:30-7:00p.m.

Summit View Middle School is located at 5002 Madison Pike in Independence.

Students will report back for the first day of school on August 18.
